You may register to start receiving future shareholder documents electronically by completing the form at enroll.icsdelivery.com/TXN, regardless of how you own TI stock. This includes both registered and beneficial shareholders, as well as participants in TI’s 401(k) plans and foreign investors.
Alternatively, online voters can also enroll for e-delivery during proxy season. Simply select the electronic delivery option when prompted during the voting process on www.proxyvote.com.
