Shanon Leonard is a senior vice president of Texas Instruments responsible for the Human Resources organization.

Prior to this role, Leonard served as vice president of global compensation, benefits and human resources operations. Throughout his career, he has held various leadership positions in human resources, including leading human resources for TI’s Sales and Applications, Embedded Processing and Analog Power Products organizations, as well as business support entities.

Leonard began his career at TI in 2000. He earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Bates College in Lewiston, Maine.

In addition to his role at TI, Leonard serves as a member of the boards of the TI Foundation and Shelton School.
