Rafael Lizardi is a senior vice president of Texas Instruments, with plans to retire at the end of August 2026.

Lizardi joined Texas Instruments in 2001. He earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, a Master of Business Administration from Stanford University and is a certified management accountant.
