Texas Instruments prices $500 million of investment grade notes

DALLAS, Oct. 26, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Texas Instruments Incorporated (TI) (NASDAQ: TXN) today announced the pricing of $500 million of 2.900% senior unsecured notes due November 3, 2027.

TI expects to use the net proceeds of this offering for general corporate purposes. The offering is expected to close on November 3, 2017.
