Haviv Ilan
Board member, executive vice president, chief operating officer
Haviv Ilan is a member of the board of directors, executive vice president and chief operating officer of Texas Instruments responsible for leading the company’s business and sales organizations, technology and manufacturing operations and information technology services.
Prior to this role, Ilan served as the senior vice president of TI’s Analog Signal Chain business. Throughout his career at TI, Ilan has held a number of leadership roles including senior vice president of TI’s High Performance Analog business and vice president in TI’s Embedded Processing business, leading the wireless connectivity organization.
Ilan joined TI in 1999 through the acquisition of Butterfly, a wireless start-up company in Israel. He earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in electrical engineering from Tel Aviv University. He also earned a Master of Business Administration from the Joint International Executive MBA Program at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and Tel Aviv University’s Leon Recanati Graduate School of Business Administration.
