Katie Kane is a senior vice president, secretary, general counsel and chief compliance officer of Texas Instruments.

Prior to this role, she served as the vice president and assistant general counsel of TI, managing legal support for TI’s worldwide business operations, supporting various TI businesses, sales and manufacturing. Kane has also previously served as assistant secretary.

Kane joined TI in 2012 after working in corporate governance, securities and mergers and acquisitions at a law firm. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Texas at Austin and a juris doctor degree from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law.

In addition to her role at TI, Kane serves as a member of the board of the TI Foundation.
