Julie Knecht is a senior vice president and chief financial officer of Texas Instruments.

Prior to this role, Knecht served as vice president of accounting and tax. She has held a number of leadership roles in financial planning and accounting across the company, including in both Analog and Embedded Processing businesses.

Knecht joined Texas Instruments in 1999. She earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Texas A&M University, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin and is a licensed certified public accountant.

In addition to her role at TI, Knecht serves as a member of the audit committee for the University of Texas at Dallas and an advisory member of Executive Women’s Forum International.
