Julie Knecht is a vice president and chief accounting officer of Texas Instruments. She has been named the company’s next chief financial officer, effective August 1, 2026.

Prior to her current role, she held a number of leadership roles in financial planning and accounting across the company, including roles in both Analog and Embedded Processing businesses.

Knecht joined Texas Instruments in 1999. She earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Texas A&M University, a Master of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin and is a licensed certified public accountant.

In addition to her role at TI, Knecht serves as a member of the audit committee for the University of Texas at Dallas and an advisory member of Executive Women’s Forum International.
